In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the visi4d website accessible at visi4d.club, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimized views, and any associated applications.
• "We," "Us," or "visi4d" refers to the operator of the visi4d platform and its duly authorized affiliates and licensees.
• "You" or "Player" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or otherwise accesses the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal member account created by a Player following successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet allocations, or free-spin credits awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of eligible bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process visi4d uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and residency.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of Indonesia (ISO 4217 code: IDR), the exclusive currency of all transactions on the Platform.
• "Restricted Territories" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or regulation.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity described in Section 9 of these Terms & Conditions as being prohibited on the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplemental policy, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the supplemental policy expressly states otherwise.

Access to and use of the visi4d Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
3. You must be a resident of Indonesia. Players accessing the Platform from Restricted Territories do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of visi4d or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
6. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either requested by you or imposed by visi4d, that is still in effect at the time of attempted access.

visi4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified in any such request may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of services on the Platform, you must register a personal Account. The following rules govern registration and Account management:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. visi4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify visi4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
• Account non-transferability: Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or permit any third party to use your Account.

visi4d is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach specified thresholds, or when visi4d identifies activity that requires further verification.

Acceptable KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement issued by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or another recognized Indonesian financial institution, or an official government-issued document, all dated within the last three months and displaying your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits, confirming that the payment method is registered in your name.

All submitted documents are processed securely and retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. visi4d will not share your documents with third parties except where required by law or as necessary to perform our verification services through trusted third-party providers.

Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. visi4d accepts no liability for delays caused by a Player's failure to provide required documentation promptly.

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. visi4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits from third-party payment sources — including accounts belonging to other individuals or corporate entities — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

• Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are generally processed within 3–10 minutes, subject to the operating hours of the relevant bank.
• visi4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which visi4d accepts no responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your visi4d Account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• You must have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds before the associated balance becomes withdrawable.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method.
• visi4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or for Accounts subject to additional security review.
• visi4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request that it deems to require further scrutiny.

visi4d offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and special seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Imlek (Chinese New Year). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that have not been converted to withdrawable balance before the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated, each promotion may be claimed only once per Account, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method.
• Game Contribution: Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, while table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Sic Bo may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates for each promotion are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: visi4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk. Any Account found to be engaged in such activity will have its bonus cancelled and any resulting balance forfeited.
• Modification and Withdrawal: visi4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments made to Players who have already accepted a bonus offer.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products on the visi4d Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by visi4d. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. visi4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Sportsbook: Bets placed on sporting events, including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Timnas Indonesia matches, EPL, Champions League, Bundesliga, La Liga, Serie A, MotoGP Mandalika, and badminton events such as the All England and Thomas Cup, are governed by the Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful; partial wins are not paid.

• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game or bet outcome, visi4d reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to the relevant Player's Account. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be provided.
• Disconnection: visi4d is not responsible for lost bets resulting from interruptions to a Player's internet connection. Where the Platform's system has recorded a bet as successfully placed prior to a disconnection, that bet stands.

visi4d is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players, athletes, officials, or third parties to influence the outcome of any event on which bets are offered.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploitation of software errors, pricing errors, or game malfunctions for financial gain.
• Coordinated bonus abuse, including operating multiple Accounts or acting in concert with other players to systematically extract promotional value from the Platform.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal the origin of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to visi4d at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at visi4d staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Any activity that visi4d, in its reasonable judgment, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform, its players, or its business operations.

visi4d employs real-time monitoring tools to detect Prohibited Conduct. Where Prohibited Conduct is identified, visi4d may immediately suspend the relevant Account, void all associated bets, withhold or forfeit all Account balances, and take such further action as it considers appropriate, including referral to relevant authorities.

All content on the visi4d Platform — including but not limited to the visi4d brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of visi4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or transmit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from visi4d.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the visi4d name, logo, or any other brand identifier for any commercial purpose or in any way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with visi4d without written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of visi4d's intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

visi4d collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Your registration data, transaction history, and KYC documents are retained for the duration of your Account and for such further period as may be required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
• visi4d uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit between your device and the Platform's servers.
• Personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (including KYC verification partners and payment processors) strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, visi4d's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no circumstances shall visi4d be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or reputation.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if visi4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered on it, including interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a technical or data-feed error.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your own failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes visi4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by visi4d's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13.1 Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting visi4d's customer support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13.2 Termination by visi4d: visi4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Activity that visi4d believes may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence.
• A valid self-exclusion request by you under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

13.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your Account by visi4d for cause, any Balance associated with the Account may be forfeited. visi4d will provide written notification of any forfeiture decision and the grounds for it. You may appeal such a decision by contacting our support team within 30 days of notification.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which visi4d holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and visi4d that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction. visi4d will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally before initiating formal legal proceedings.

If you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling occupies a legally complex status under Indonesian law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your place of residence. visi4d makes no representation that the Platform or its services are legal in all jurisdictions.

visi4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, visi4d will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform's homepage or by sending an email to the address associated with your Account. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
